General Home Inspection
The General Home Inspection adheres to the Standards of Practice as stated by TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission). The thorough inspection takes upwards of three hours and is completely non-invasive. Inspector Kristi Camp is set up with a Supra Key and Dallas CSS (Centralized Showing Services), meaning that she can schedule and arrange inspection services so your real estate agent doesn’t have to. As long as they are visible and can be accessed safely, the following areas of the home will be inspected for damage and defect:
- Roofing
- Attics
- Foundations
- Doors
- Windows
- Crawlspace
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Grading/Drainage
- Appliances
- Pools
Our Services
Pre-Listing Inspection
Pre-Listing Inspections take place before a home is listed for sale on the market. Sellers who want their homes in the best condition possible before potential buyers visit can schedule an inspection, and, with the information in the inspection report, repair the home as necessary before listing.
Re-Inspection
A Re-Inspection is a follow-up inspection of the home that takes place after repairs, upgrades, and other changes have been made. We check that all changes made to the home are complete and are of high quality, making sure that all agreements between buyer and seller have been honored.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
Homes that are newly constructed often come with a year-long builder’s warranty when they are first sold. This warranty covers any defects in construction, protecting the new homeowner from financial responsibility. By having the home inspected during the 11th month, owners can take full advantage of this warranty and have the home repaired before time runs out.
Pool & Spa Inspection
For the safety of you and your family, it is important to have pools and spas routinely inspected for any malfunctioning components. We thoroughly inspect these systems and offer advice about repairs, upgrades, and maintenance.

Irrigation System Inspection
Irrigation systems typically have many components that need to be checked routinely for damage and defects. We will inspect your system to ensure it is working properly and advise you about any repairs that should be made.
Home Maintenance Inspection
We recommend that our clients schedule annual Home Maintenance Inspections to stay ahead of possible damages and avoid costly repairs down the line. We will inspect the home for any maintenance issues and explain how you can best prepare your home for the year ahead.
Roof Inspection
Many insurance providers require Roof Inspections in order to offer their clients certain credits. During the inspection, we check the condition and age of the roof to determine its lifespan. The report of our findings can be shared with your insurance provider.
Drone Assisted Inspection
Drones give us a bird’s eye view of roofs from numerous angles. Instead of scaling a roof, which isn’t always safe, we can keep our feet on the ground while the unmanned aircraft system or UAS goes aloft. With an onboard camera, we can see the roof and any possible defects with a high level of detail, accuracy and perspective.

Moisture Meter
A Moisture Meter is used to measure levels of moisture in the home, which is useful because it helps us determine where to look for water damage or possible mold growth.
TIF Gas Leak Detector
We use a TIF Gas Leak Detector on all gas appliances. This specialized tool can help us detect gas leaks and pinpoint exactly where they are coming from, keeping you and your family safe.
